Global Family Village relies on donations to carry out its programs in Nepal. Your donations of any size can contribute to, or fund any part of any project.

Bungamati Family and Community Center
Help support the children in their new home. All manner of furniture must be purchased for this house. Beds, linens, kitchen, chairs, table, as well as clothing and items to sustain the family. DONATION NEEDED NOW
ECD/Nutrition Program for Orphanage and Community Children for 1 year - $10,000
(approximately 25-30 children, age 1½-3 years old. from the orphanage and from the community)
- Quality early childhood development classes (also a community model and center)
- Two trained facilitators and one helper
- Includes nutritious daily snacks
Healthy Infant and Baby Development (HIBD)
By contributing to the Healthy Infant and Baby Development Program you can help us educate more caregivers, ensuring better care for the abandoned and orphaned children living in institutions in Nepal.Your funds could be un-designated and we will use the money where we see it is most needed, within the field of specialized baby care, or it can be designated funding, directed towards a specific area or program. For example:
Caregiver Training for Improved Baby Care - $25,000 (over two years, with three-year follow-up.)
(for approximately 32 caregivers – 16 from the orphanage matched with mothers from the community)
- Empowerment and self-esteem workshops
- Education in child development and childcare best practices
- Improved facilities for the safety and health of the babies
- Program assessment, delivery. and follow-up by a team of experts (psychologist, pediatrician, social worker. and representatives from INGOs, NGOs, community. and participating orphanages)
School Support Programs
By contributing to the School Support Program you are also helping Nepal to accomplish its goal, as stated in the “Education for All” document signed at the Dakar Convention, whereby Nepal committed to education for all children by the year 2015. Your funds could be un-designated and we will use the money where we see it is most needed, within the field of education, or it can be designated funding, directed towards a specific area or program. For example:
Community Scholarship (Government Schools) - $200
- Supplies all basic school supplies for one child for one year
- Contributes to the school infrastructure (physical facility improvement, teacher training, teaching materials, and child club activities)
- Fully monitored and supervised program with reports and photos, twice a year

Global Family Village seeks advice, assistance, and expertise (in-kind donations) from experienced and qualified organizations and individuals working in the fields of child development, education, nutrition, women’s empowerment, sustainable development, business, and eco-friendly technology.(See Board of Advisors)
• Partnership
Global Family Village is an INGO and must partner with NGOs to carry out its projects. We are seeking interested organizations and individuals with similar visions and exemplary qualifications for partnerships. (See Our Partners)
